Choirs
Ku-ring-gai Male Choir
OMVC has forged a close friendship with Ku-ring-gai in recent years. Founded by ex-servicemen immediately following WW11, Ku-ring-gai Male Choir is based at Killara (Sydney's north shore) and maintains a busy concert schedule. The two choirs have a similar repertoire which lends itself to a firm arrangement to host each other for a concert every second year. These are always memorable occasions for audience and singers.

Sydney Male Choir
OMVC's association with Sydney has been a long one. An extremely active and professional choir, Sydney has a vast repertoire and travels extensively throughout New South Wales, as well as undertaking overseas tours from time to time. Sydney is one of Australia's largest male choirs. It has the distinction of having sung at every ANZAC Dawn Service in Martin Place (Sydney) since 1930. Sydney has joined with OMVC for many memorable concerts in the Orange Civic Theatre.

Wagga Rugby Choir
A newer choir, Wagga has established a reputation for excellent choral work and real entertainment in a relatively short time. The Choir was formed initially to sing at rugby matches but quickly discovered a demand for male voice singing beyond. Wagga undertook its first overseas tour in 2010 visiting Ireland and Germany. Wagga and Orange have exchanged visits on several occasions and always share a vibrant camaraderie.
Wellington Male Voice Choir
This New Zealand group has the unique distinction of being founded by a women's group. Formed in 1961 through the persuasion of a women's choir, Wellington first performed in Australia in 2003 and then again in 2010. On both occasions OMVC hosted successful concerts with Wellington at the Orange Regional Conservatorium. Wellington joined OMVC at Sydney Town Hall for the outstanding Male Choirs Association of Australia concert (2010). Together with the Nelson Male Voice Choir, OMVC joined with Wellington to celebrate its 50th anniversary in two concerts in its home city in 2011.

Woden Valley Youth Choir
The Canberra based Woden Valley Youth Choir has been entertaining in Australia and overseas for over 40 years. Formed in 1969 it has an impressive list of achievements to its credit including singing before the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh, for Nelson Mandela and with the Australian Opera. The Choir has undertaken many overseas tours. As impressive as its discipline and vocal excellence are the core values that every chorister embraces and which inform every aspect of their participation in the Choir. OMVC has shared the concert platform on many occasions with this wonderful choir and prizes the shared relationship.
